Processes can be slow at times. Not all employees are very responsive.

Good leadership at all levels. Lots of tribal knowledge within the CSU technical teams.

Disgruntled full time employees that lack professionalism and a desire to be a part of their organization. IT Project teams seem unorganized and lacking of the right skillsets to be effective. The organization has promoted individuals with the lack of experience and knowledge needed to perform technical tasks inherent in an IT based role. I recommend that CSU rollout a formal rating and review system so you can weed out some of your lackluster employees that are ruining your reputation.
