Always something interesting happening at the Switchbacks. You will not get bored! There is also a real team environment, coworkers are great.

It is a smaller company, so there may not be as much room for growth as other companies, depending on which department you are in. They did demonstrate a desire to promote from within while I was there. However, practically, there may not be as much opportunity for such promotions as other companies.
