Pros

Very multi-cultural employees...many Asians, Hispanics and Blacks.

Cons

Everything about this place is horrible. Employees spy on each other. She has her hypnotized lambs. Lies about the job role, but really hiring you for sales. People work long hours without extra pay. No one is allowed to leave when their work is done. If you finish before everyone, that means you must stay to help others finish their work...without extra pay. God forbid you're scheduled from 10am-7pm, and you actually want to leave at 7pm. Frowned upon, everyone will hate you.

Pros

Even though I had been a stay-at-home mother for the past 3 years, the owner, Rose, saw through my tests and resume that I was well qualified for the position I was hired for. As, of now, I have been working for Color Ad for approx. 2 months and I love it. It is precisely the type of company I was looking for after having been on such a long hiatus from the workforce. The fast paced, yet easy going work environment makes the work day smooth. Rose, along with the other employees, and now myself, we create a dynamic team that is able to boast of the accomplishments and successes of the company. We strive to provide a high quality product as well as phenomenal customer service. I am more than pleased to be an employee here at Color Ad and look forward to growth and advancement with this wonderful company.

Cons

The work day is a tad more lengthy than your normal 9-5, however, that is to be expected with the high volume of work that the #1 ad agency in the nation receives on a daily basis. And, not only am I well compensated for the talents I bring to the company, I am well compensated for my time. It is not one of those jobs where you stare at the clock and wait for the day to be over. And even at an entry level position, I am cross trained to be an intricate part of multiple departments.
