      Pros

      Nice building to work in. The Danes dress nice, but they won't pay you enough to afford their wardrobe.

      micro-managed, little to no job advancement.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
