Somehow getting worse - Claims Assessor Collinson Employee Review

Micromanagement has gotten worse - expected to do more work than hours in a day instead of hiring extra hands, which is clearly needed. Do not care for people’s wellbeing or listening to employees. Only care about the external company who implemented a poor system not built for any job roles we have. CEO is more concerned about forcing it to work than admitting it was a bad strategy - or else they are being kept on the dark by those that work under them - I don’t know which is worse. No job opportunities and payment is poor for job roles.
