      Pros

      - Standard 40 hour work week - Pretty flexible schedule, understanding if you need to leave early, leave late, etc - Great benefits such as employee scholar program, highly recommend pursuing a higher degree since you do not need to pay out of pocket - Last week of December you get off as a Holiday shutdown week, plus extra 3 weeks of vacation

      Cons

      - Tons of red tape regarding decisions being made - Upper managment does not take accountability for mistakes - Too many processes put into place which makes it hard to get anything done fast - When ever there is a issue on the floor, the techs and QA's love to complain instead of using their heads to actually try and solve the problem

      Pros

      40 hr/wk Easy work for the pay Ability to use vacation with little notice Some leadership is willing to help you move up and increase pay quickly

      Cons

      Leadership does not communicate with one another Little room to move up or into another department without someone leaving Poor standards in comparison to other sites within the company Employees who do not meet efficiency standards receive no consequences and are not informed of process issues (leadership issue) Tribal knowledge seems to run the site, not standard work It is a family affair.
