      Fiscally responsible which is what every company needs to be and fair compensation.

      Cons

      They strive to be lean and answer to stockholders/investors. With any large company there is internal politics and red tape that makes it challenging from time to time to just do what makes sense for the business.

      Layoffs Was told the company will only take care of their own, meaning the high potentials at corporate Long tenured employees are not valued
