Pros
Educational reimbursement is pretty good and fairly encouraged. Management does seem to want growth. Generally everyone is nice enough.
Cons
Management seems a little scattered or unfocused: cohesion plan forward is not communicated well. Medical insurance is not good, almost like having no insurance. No overtime is ever paid, which is not in line with competitors or the rest of industry. Type A types might be frustrated by the lack of change or engagement. A lot of people just turning that crank.
