Pros
Vast resources of a large company, great people to work with. Benefits are good, and may roles have flexibility to work from home when needed.
Cons
Didn’t pay well, hidden sexism, only way to get promoted and fair salary is to move to a new team or wait way passed the requirements and do a little ritual dance for management. Pockets of very toxic teams/departments you have to beware of. Constant rounds of layoffs the last few years, seemingly quarterly.
