you get a paycheck coworkers are fine product can be cool if management were to actually want to make a decent product instead of the cheapest fastest option.
Cons
more managers than people being managed. Constant layoffs and company structure changes. At least 4 layoffs in 2025 that affected many business units and teams were shifted around basically monthly as more managers were added and titles were changed.
