Need more support staff and modernizing of systems - Anonymous employee Colliers Employee Review

Poor structure of support staff and lack of resources. They need help with communication and goal-setting from top down. Slow in modernizing processes, systems, etc. If you're not a broker, you don't really matter to the company because you're a cost and don't bring in money $$ like the brokers do.
