Pros

They do like to promote a positive attitude despite the politics and what really ends up happening. If you suck up to the right people, you'll likely enjoy great career progression and opportunities however be willing to play a very political game. In good economic climates, there are staff lunches and impressive drink nights.

Cons

As mentioned by another reviewer, I couldn't concur more: "Pay is horrible which is why most support staff are young and right out of university because anyone with experience will not work there for the pay they offer. If you are a female you can completely forget about any respect or opportunity to advance." Some are very rude, with a self absorbed attitude, completely uncaring about how they treat their support staff, expecting high levels of service quality for no reason other than to boost their own commissions. Pay rises or even any pay in line with their competitors are unlikely.
