The Seattle brokerage has been great to work in. Great people, both brokers and staff. Staff appreciation week is always fun, the Seattle brokerage always shows its appreciation to the staff. We have staff lunches every now and then, mainly these are potlucks, but it’s always a good time.
Cons
Not enough transparency. The corporate level doesn’t value staff that support top producing brokers. Base pay is not very competitive an nothing would be offered to make up for that, I.e. additional vacation time.

Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review - we use all feedback, along with our engagement surveys, to help make Colliers a great place to work.
-the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Cons
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
