Recent CEO is replacing most people with people he knows mostly from Chicago. Talented people are being replaced every month for no reason except they are not from Chicago or friends of the new ex Horizon employees. Setting a bad tone. It should not 'Best place to work in Boston' since most of the Boston people are being replaced by out of towners. What a shame of what was once a great company to work for. They dont care about their employees obviously however good they are. Start looking elsewhere.
