CollegeSearch is the company where I was hired as the first developer and it kickstarted my career as an IT professional and we together formed a lean Tech Team, a close-knit group of like minded brains. I was heading the Technology vertical for more than 5 and a half years. The most important thing that made most of us glue to this wonderful startup was the sense of ownership and the ability to make an impact and help solve real world problems through technology. We were never treated like an employee, it was always like our own company. It was a complete pleasure to have worked with people who not just gelled together but also were there to add the personal touch in our lives. I would love to see CollegeSearch achieve great heights!

High pressure of deliverables. Need to be really smart to survive in this organization. Lopsided work is not acceptable.
