Pros
It’s a job. The job itself is fine. It’s the company that’s a flaming dumpster fire!
Cons
Everything else. They overcharge the students and pay you Pennie’s. They asked me my pay requirements. At the time I didn’t know I should have been getting paid at least 200 more per week. I was going off what I had made previously. My next company I got paid 300 more per week than what I was making with them.
They fire you because you made it work when equipment failed. And because you knew a recipe by heart and didn’t read it out a book (so they claim, but I think it was because one of the managers that made a visit didn’t like me & black ppl) Management is horrid. Don’t work for them. My budget for food was almost non existent because the CEO needed the money for his toys.
This company charges students the most, has the lowest weekly food budgets that you can’t exceed, pays chefs the least.
Save yourself now and work for any of their competition!
