some of the best reasons to work at collective solution is that; 1. T here is always a team lead available to assist with any issues you may have on a call. 2. There is always room to grow as the calls are reviewed and feedback is given appropriately.

Some downside of working with collective solution is that there is a very high call volume in peak season .
