Pros
The office is nice and some staff members are too.
Cons
On the surface they appear as though they're a great company to work for, but in reality they're quite discriminatory and not at all forward thinking. Comments (from partners, made in the presence of various lower level staff members) referred to neurodivergence as an insult and weakness. Further unprompted comments were made about my plans to have children in future and how that will affect my work.
The facilities are there (in theory) to train/develop staff in theory but they are very quick to terminate people rather than help them.
Money is the ultimate priority and billing is the forefront of everything (even job security - with mass redundancies taking place recently).
