- Poor guidance and leadership until new Director of Business Development came in - Toxic former Director of Business Development - No care for work/life balance, work tirelessly until you hit goals even if you're on vacation and out of the country - Inappropriate comments made frequently - Evaluations are unprofessional and have many opinion based metrics
