Management looks at each individuals contributions. Company really tries to support employees and make sound and supportive decisions where employees are concerned. They offer great benefits with most coverage paid 100% by the company and seek input from employees on how things can be improved. If you are working on program and would like something different the company makes every effort to help find you something of interest.
Cons
Working at the customer facilities can sometimes impact work schedules.
