-Polite Communication. -Prompt delivery of purchase orders.

-Slow feedback. -Contradictory feedback (multiple different editors will ask for mutually exclusive edits) -Expectations for extremely fast edits, sometimes even same day. -Fairly low pay once editing time is factored in. -Slow payment -Very little advocacy for the artist on the part of the agent (after describing my experience to a veteran illustrator in the industry, their reply was "where was your agent the whole time.")

This is a comfortable place to work, especially for artists who are working under an agency for the first time. They are very friendly and tolerant to new freelance artist, they don't even hesitate to provide very detailed explanations for each brief so that it is easy to understand.
