Vulgar Language, High Turnover & Broken Finance Department! - Accounts Payable Specialist Colite Employee Review

The very strong obscenities on a daily basis from the top is appalling and hostile. The Accounting department is beyond broken, over a year, backlogged and makes false promises of payment to vendors. No integrity and they don't care if the process is shattered. They only pay vendors' who threaten immediate action to sue and come up with the funds from who knows where. No training, so you will literally hit the ground blindly and no flexible work schedule. No paid two 15 minute breaks only an hour for lunch broken up how you want it. Smoking is allowed by the front entrance by employees and no overtime. The department isn't organized or streamlined at all, I'm not sure how this company is still in business today.
