Pros
Management are usually forgiving, lighthearted, and kind. Co workers are great to work with. The environment is usually great.
Cons
Customers are terrible sometimes. Nights are long. Standing still for so long is hard on the joints. Machines are broken and lots of the time is spent on fixing non functioning equipment.
