-People are nice to work with -It is a good starter job -The workers at least follow the company values

-Pay is so low many have to work two jobs to survive -Reps take most of the profits while the rest of the workers struggle -Management is non existent -You are expected to work hard to specifically increase profits, but there are no rewards for doing so
