Pros
Great benefits Starts at 15 days PTO (per year) Company pays into your 401k (3% of your salary) Company pays into your HSA ($1500/year if single, which covers my whole deductible) Employees are down to earth and management actually listens to them. CEO cares about the people and producing quality products. Business is rapidly expanding, more than doubling employees since I started, and it actually appears to be sustainable.
Cons
Been through 2 yearly performance assessments with no negative feedback but no raise (beyond inflation match).
