Pros
The pay and benefits were okay. The company offered profit sharing which was great when they actually paid it out.
Cons
- Management. There is no direction from management. They expect employees to make decisions but they are quick to turn around and play the blame game when things go south. Management is NOT transparent at all with employees expect to be blindsided. - Process and Procedures. Process and procedures are TERRIBLE. The company starts a process or a procedure and NEVER gets finished or reenforced. - Hostile environment. Management was hostile. They insulted many people privately and publicly via email, face to face and text. Employees were constantly walking on "egg shells" and were terrified of being targeted which caused descent amount of internal office hostility. - Practices. The company business practice can be extremely questionable and sometimes borderline of unethical practices.
