Pros
Great people and staff. One manager was amazing to work with and got so much done. They do not pay over time so being able to leave early if you stay late was nice. Easy to be there and you can leave the job at the office, it does not come home with you
Cons
Management always takes the agent's side for last minute requests. There is little room for growth. Bonuses would be helpful. Agents essentially pitch what the admin and marketing team does to get a listing, why shouldnt they get a small commission for meeting deadlines and dealing with people who are usually not in the office and very vague.
