There are hardly any monthly fees, computers available to use, can print for "free"
Cons
Not a good place for a new agent. Lost out on thousands of dollars because of lack of training and help from managers. I got many "good lucks" and that's what they felt was enough help. Management also would turn their phones off and not respond to texts or emails for DAYS. I was completely taken advantage of and alone. They are getting a huge cut of the commission so why would they not help the new agents?? They only care about the agents who have been in business for 15, 20, 30 years. If you are a well seasoned agent and need no help, great place to work. New agents, need to go elsewhere. Don't know the CEO personally at all so I can't give them a rating.
