I worked in the NRT call center and it was a pretty easy and rewarding job if you worked hard. Leads would call in for information on properties and we'd get them to the correct agent. There are bonuses and you can often work from home which is a huge plus during the winter.
Cons
The office was very small but it's getting remodeled. There was a couple of different managers and apparently information didn't get passed between them and the employees as well as it should.
