Pros
My job was actually a fun job. Getting to know the drivers & helping them get the job they wanted was very rewarding. It was challenging at times but I liked that about it. The job made me want to push myself and see how much I could achieve.
Cons
"Management" is very difficult to work with. Supervisors don't supervise, in fact, the supervisors need supervision. If you are a person who goes to work to ACTUALLY work and get things accomplished, this job isn't for you. They have no human resources department so if you have a complaint; keep it to yourself. They fire people for no reason or for not agreeing with a coworker. Literally, they fire people for no reason, that's not an exaggeration.
