Pros
Care about the contractors they hire and their career path David Freni is excellent to work with. Along with the rest of the Colaberry staff. They will work with you to get pay rate adjustments over time Decent benefits and PTO -> about 4 hours every 2 weeks. medical, dental,vision,401k offered
Cons
They could do better to encourage certification attainments and further educations, however they usually aren't opposed if you bring it up! Sometimes with pay rate adjustments the process takes up to 4 months - it is a complex process and not necessarily Colaberry's fault though.
