Pros
There is a culture of working hard yet having fun that is felt from the leadership team down to each individual contributor. They have hired a great team of recruiters who continue to provide amazing results for our clients. Joe and Tim are fun to work with and hang out with after work at happy hour. I feel like everyone in the company is pulling in the same direction to achieve success both individually and for the company. We work with some of the most exciting startup companies in the country. I feel the leadership team is very open and transparent about what is going on with the business even during less than ideal times (like last year's hiring slow down which impacted the whole industry). I have a lot of faith in Joe, Tim, and the entire management and sales team to weather the storm and keep finding great clients to work with. As part of a RPO, we get to work with many clients, hiring managers, and across multiple types of positions and skill sets. It's a great place to learn the ins and outs of many companies, gain skills and knowledge, and become a well-rounded recruiter. Great performance is rewarded at a minimum by shout outs during weekly calls and at the top end a club trip to the Bahamas.
Cons
We are a RPO which means we are impacted by hiring slow downs in the tech sector which can cause some stress about what the next step would be if your current partnership comes to an end. It also can be hard to achieve enough metric success and/or peer recognition for club trip votes when working on a small and/or tough account.
