Pros

A growing company with no experience in multimedia or video marketing

Cons

The first time they reached out to me on LinkedIn, I didn’t respond, as I was already familiar with this type of company. However, they later followed up with a other message. They then sent me a very long and specific task, which I believe was intended for use on their social media channels. This task came with no branding guidelines, no clear creative direction, and was assigned on very short notice. Despite that, I completed it and submitted on time. After waiting a full week, I only received a rejection letter without any explanation. What I find problematic is that I have worked with some of the best firms in the Middle East, yet the people evaluating my work in this case are not true specialists in video production
