Pros
- Nice coworkers - crypto bonus - location is great - If you're looking to wear many hats and gain experience in many areas it's good - extended health benefits after 3 months - casual dress/relaxed atmosphere for the most part - Office is quiet during pandemic because they split people into groups and you come in on your group day
Cons
- CEO changes his mind all the time about what he wants - Communication between departments is terrible, leads to errors and blame - No flexible hours - No paid time off in your first year - Expect to be pinged every second of the day in the group messaging app and if you don't respond right away, people won't be happy. Constant messaging leads to so much wasted time during the day - Endless meetings that aren't always necessary - CEO wants what he wants no matter how much evidence you put in front of him that it's a bad idea - No marketing budget. Everything was organic yet expectations too high - Everything had to be approved again and again by multiple people - You will be worked like a dog. and expected to take on multiple tasks with every-increasing expectations - Pre-Covid, the office didn't have enough room for everyone. Small lunch area, no space, quite loud and hard to concentrate
