the DC area's weather is not my favorite

Coho attracts very smart and passionate people. Team members at all levels have opportunities to do meaningful work. Career progression is fast for star performers. The leadership team seems to genuinely care about company values.

ERM's acquisition of Coho has caused a lot of confusion and in some cases ERM has made Coho's otherwise empathetic leadership team break promises to team members. There is a lot of pressure to make earnings and less emphasis on impact. Morale has sunk since the acquisition.
