If you have an entrepreneur mindset then Cohley is 100% in your ball park. Since becoming a member of the partnerships team, I've trained my mind -- with the help of awesome management -- to treat my job as my business ... and man has it been rewarding. I've learned more here in my first 6 months than I learned at my previous job ... and I was there for over 5 years! Team work is everything here and every department is always bouncing ides off of each other. If you're looking for a 9 - 5, then this is definitely not the place. With that being said, there is a big opportunity to make a big impact on the business -- and make a lot of money -- and man oh man is that feeling feels so much better than getting home at 5:30.

Sometimes hours can get a bit long ... but you know what you're signing up for when you accept the role. Everyone is super transparent.
