      I enjoy the schedule 12 hrs

      Cons

      Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Things are always broken and you are never guaranteed a job as they can just run out of work and you need to use your OWN PTO while they are down.

      Exposure to major markets. Good experience. Many kind people.

      Cons

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
