      Poor handling of recent lay-offs/redundancy Meetings for the sake of meetings, pulling off engineers and techs from fixing a problem for two hours to talk about the problem just wastes everyone’s time. Lack of any real vision for the company moving forward and poor communication from upper management about the future of the site.

      Prepare to work 55 hours per week. Late night calls regular. Company only cares about its revenue this quarter. Management colleagues are mostly white men in their 50’s who play golf. Cliquey. Everyone has been there for 20 years.
