There has been no issues till date. However they just introduced 9 hrs TruTime policy whereby all associates are supposed to stay in office 9 hrs on a weekly average. If the weekly average comes out to be 8.59 hrs, associates are forced to take a half day leave. This is unethical as some associates sometimes work @ home due to family issues or health reasons. Other associates are simply forced to spend 9 hrs playing games in office, that time they could have utilized for community service or social welfare. Anyhow this is going to fallback on CTS, as many dedicated employees who work hard and need flexibility, will start leaving the company and CTS may go through the same phase as INFOSYS went through in past.
