Pros

Fortune 200 Name, due to the revenue generation of the company.

Cons

Low Skills, Long working hours - It is expected to have early morning calls, evening calls with offshore. Leadership is in India, so they dictate, you follow the orders. Most of the resources in US are on Visa, and okay to work long working hours of 12 - 14 hours a day. Promotion is based on a number of years in Cognizant, not the talent you have. If you are not on project, you will get laid off in 5 weeks. They hire you because they have a project, and as soon as the project is over, you receive an email that you will be let go in 5 weeks.
