Most of the resources in US are on Visa, and okay to work long working hours of 12 - 14 hours a day. Promotion is based on a number of years in Cognizant, not the talent you have. If you are not on project, you will get laid off in 5 weeks. They hire you because they have a project, and as soon as the project is over, you receive an email that you will be let go in 5 weeks.
