Pros

Decent benefits, periods of decent work life balance. Good free barista coffee if work at main office

Cons

Most likely work with legacy tech Won't learn too much lot of mediocracy and inefficiencies that cause bottlenecks and deadlines to exceed leading to overtiming and cramping of work poor management overall of new grads, just mostly thrown work and not really trained to take over and take ownership
