Terrible work environment, avoid this company - Digital Marketer CogX Employee Review

This was one of the the worst experiences of my professional career. The product offering was flawed from inception, and as a result was extremely difficult to promote. The senior management team were unsupportive professionally and unengaged with any of the employees. Concerns were routinely ignored and members of staff were consistantly ground down. Additionally senior management would message late at night, expectations were unrealistic, and staff invoices were routinely paid late. Avoid working with this company.
