The high deductible health care plan in conjunction with a Health Savings Account is not as satisfying as the old PPO's. It took me a while (due to some life circumstances) to save up my out of pocket maximum in the HSA. But once I achieved that (from a personal cash-flow perspective) it feels just like a PPO. Hopefully life circumstances won't delay you from achieving this balance in your HSA.
You mentioned the need to protect our core values as we bring other companies into the Coffman family. This is critical. The cultural fit of these merged companies is the highest priority but we aren't perfect at it. Another way we protect our core is by our current team being fully clear and committed to who we are. If a merged company is slightly misaligned they will not be able to redirect our existing cultural inertia. Let's keep the fly wheel spinning. Thanks for the feedback.

Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.
Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
