Useless Management Causing Incredibly High Turnover - Head Barista Coffi Lab Employee Review

Nasty leadership at this company. Firstly, they have unfair expectations on working patterns and expect you to be on call 24/7 and don't pay you for it. They will also make you come into work last minute, change your shifts without telling you and there is a complete lack of support from above store level management. There is a very high turnover at every store and the reason for this is senior management. They also pay well below the average (comparing Costa's wages for example, who are the market leader). Avoid working for this company and do not believe their friendly aesthetic.
