-Do not expect to get paid on time,
-Compensation compared to thr amount of work and the standard is unbalanced
-Expect to work in an understaffed environment, while corporate expexts you to deliver "out of this world hospitality" while failing to provide adequate support to do so.
-Poor financial decisions that come at the expense of employees and the business overall, leading to a location shutting down
-Corporate's approach to supporting employees is out of touch.
-Little to no genuine advancement or continued training
-Corporate has a talent for running off excellent members of staff.
-Quality of product is lacking, syrups can be bought at most grocery stores and the espresso/coffee beans used are sourced from a major b2b supplier
