The culture at this company has a severe, underlying toxicity that makes it impossible for team members to flourish or hope to develop any marketable skills to advance their careers. Ineffective leadership creates a shame-based culture that is reinforced by paranoia and incompetence from the top down. This company is where engagement, creativity, productivity, and trust go to die. If you want to head straight back to middle school (I say this because this is more or less the emotional, social, and communicative capacity that those in management positions are capable of), this is the place to do it.
