In its current state? None. Stay far, far away until the CEO and CTO are gone. My peers however, are some of the best people I've worked with,.
Cons
Many previous reviews have already spoken extensively on this. Until the current leadership is removed, Cofense is doomed to a slow, bleeding death as both customers and employees jump ship. Disingenuous "leaders" that write positive reviews for themselves on Glassdoor. Frighteningly incompetent product and dev teams (mostly #NotAllDevs.) Wild west anything goes sales culture where lying to customers is the norm. Clueless C-levels (Dunning-Krueger writ large.)
