      Coworkers were quite warm and friendly

      Laughably little pay. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent management, have unreasonable expectations for things that are beyond anyone's control and do not respect employees enough to bother communicating said expectations properly. Was asked about marital status and racial background during the interview and they also commented on my physical appearance.

      There are none. I would not recommend.

      Cons

      The place is completely disorganized with software that is insufficient for the workload. Relationship with Cofan owned foreign fabricator is adversarial. Ways that they address customer problems is unethical. Due to myriad issues, the job is a revolving door, look at how many times the same job is posted every few months. I do not recommend under any circumstances.
