Rock solid company, slow on change - Anonymous employee Coesia Employee Review

Pros

Used to be a solid and reliable company to work in. Good relationship between people, if you're lucky to be in the "good mood" department. Good wages, usually not really related to the amount of effort you put in your work: no use to speed up or increase the individual productivity. Extra benefits: kindergarden

Cons

Management disconnected with the industrial reality: they spend more time (and resources) producing fancy power point diagrams, than actually driving production/developement. Big money spent in (almost) useless marketing projects, or meetings. International wannabe company: spread all over the globe, with a poor, local and short minded vision. No clear professional /individual growth path: you'll likely be stuck in your role /activity until retirement (or company bankrupcy, whatever comes first). Dramatic changes will arise when Isabella Seragnoli will stop her relentless care to the company.

Pros

- solid team in NA

Cons

- Company operates in bad faith - Has no intention of hiring contract workers to FTE - Home office in Italy will withhold info. - Carrot on a stick - Home office in Italy will make decisions that benefit them and will throw the other divisions and locations under the bus to benefit them the most - Will make changes to systems and processes without any prior notifications done to the local teams that these impact. - They will string you along under the pretense "conversion to FTE is coming" but this is 100% a lie - Do not work here ever. You are better off flipping burgers or working at a grocery store.
