Pros

This is information about the company that you should know before joining the Coditas / before the interview

Cons

1. Coditas has a 3 month probation period. And within 3 months if you want to leave the company then notice period is 1 month and if Coditas fire you then it will be 7 days only. I think it should be equal. 2. Within 3 months if you take any leave then salary will deduct. Means you can not take leave within 3 months :) 3. When your probation period is complete then your notice period will be 3 months 4. You can not use the mobile phone inside the company :) 5. When you join the company, HR asked you change the company name immediate on your LinkedIn profile. I think this is because then you can not be reached out by other company. 6. After you join when you leave the office, Daily you have to send an email to your team lead about what you did today. 7. Coditas is a service based company and not a product based company so you have to feed the client needs as it comes. 8. If you are coming from another city other than Pune. Then the company do not provide the accommodation and relocation amount for you :)

Thank you very much for your review. I totally agree that all information should have been given prior and after me reading this feedback, I have made it a point to make sure all candidates know all the policies so that they make an informed decision. Information not being given was not intentional. The leave related policies are largely as a result us of copying industry wide policies but we are in the process of changing that. With regards to mobile, I am a very strong believer on keeping distractions away from your work. It affects productivity and there are enough studies on that. That being said, seems you to have written this review when you joined, what is your opinion 6 months down the line on this policy? Status reporting is more of a client requirement and IMO a self reporting tool to be able to articulate on paper what you achieved on that particular day. One more thing which helps in productivity in general. Again, thank you for your review and opinion. It was constructive for us and we have and are making some changes towards where we feel we can improve. Can you please update on how the journey has been for 6 months?

Pros

I really like the env in the office. It is not like my previous company where we were not allowed to speak to people from other team during working hours. Being able to share thoughts with anyone at Coditas during work helps in improving the overall learning and working epxerience

Cons

The coffee from the coffee machine is too sweet.
